DESCRIPTION - PREPARATION:
Decorated mini brioche bun sandwich with ham, cheese, pineapple and hot Thai sauce
Decorate the bun top with different seeds, grains or spices for extra taste and texture.
How: Brush or spray the bun top with egg-wash and dip it in sesame seeds, wasabi coated sesame seeds, black Lampong pepper, paprika, Provencal herbs, grated cheese, …
Tip: Toast or grill the cut side (cutting surface) of the brioche buns. It brings more taste, texture and protects the crumb against humidity of the other ingredients.
